Fees are quoted in EUR. Payments in other currencies will not be accepted. Registration fees include VAT.

* Deadline for Student Travel Award application and abstract submission: January 15, 2018. Students are required to confirm the student status. On-line submission of the copy of the student identification card or confirmation of student status signed by the dean/director including his/her e-mail address is required during the registration process.

** Your abstract will be included in the final programme of the Congress only with the payment of the appropriate registration fee. The Congress programme will be closed on June 15, 2018. Please, keep in mind that international payment might take several days. We strongly recommend you to bring your payment confirmation letter at the Registration desk in order to collect your badge and congress materials. If you do not bring a confirmation letter, you may be requested to provide your passport or identification card with your photo.

One-day registration for the Clinical section of the Congress only (September 6, 2018)
  • 1-day entry to clinical symposia included in the Clinical section of the Congress
  • Admission to the exhibition area (on September 6, 2018)
  • Congress materials
  • Publication of the abstract in the online Book of Abstracts
  • Refreshment during the coffee breaks and lunchbox (on September 6, 2018 only)
  • Welcome session

Registration fee for accompanying person of the regular participant or student

Registration fee for the accompanying person of the attendant of the Clinical section (i.e. for those who paid one-day registration fee only)

Student travel award

Student travel awards will be available to students presenting their original results in order to support their participation at the Congress. Student travel award will include free registration and housing for three nights in shared double room provided by the organizers. Students, who are the first authors, are eligible to apply for the Student travel award. Awardees will be selected competitively on the basis of the abstracts.

Deadline for Student Travel Award application and abstract submission: January 15, 2018. Awardees will be announced by e-mail by February 10, 2018.


Methods of payment

Registration fees must be paid in EUR by one of the following methods:

1. Credit Card

For payment by credit card please use the On-line Payment System. The system is accessible with the password that you received upon registration. The system accepts the following credit cards: MasterCard/Eurocard, Visa and Diners Club. Payment by credit card is also possible during the On-site registration


2. Bank Transfer

The bank details including the 10-digit variable symbol will be sent to a participant within three working days after the submission of the registration form. Please note that payments without this variable symbol will not be identified and the registration will not be confirmed. Please note that payments by bank transfer will only be accepted by May 20, 2018. After this date only payments by credit cards will be accepted by using the On-line Payment System. All payments made by bank transfer have to be net of all bank charges. The payer pays the bank charges of their bank, and the beneficiary pays the charges of their bank, if any.


Cancellations and refunds

The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail (icp2018@guarant.sk) about the cancellation of the registration. Telephone cancellation will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Congress.

The following cancellation conditions apply:

Cancellations received Refund
before May 20, 2018 full refund of the registration fee less 30 EUR handling fee
from May 20, 2018 to July 8, 2018 30% of the registration fee
from July 8, 2018 no refund

If a change or cancellation made by a participant in registration or accommodation results in a refund, GUARANT International reserves the right to charge a 30 EUR handling fee.
